Cart page not showing on actual website - by PR

Hi,

The cart page is not showing on the actual websites but its showing when I am on the backend and go to pages -> cart.

But when I add a product and click cart on the top right, it only shows the checkout button when the side panel appears.

Website is on PCA

Is “Show View Cart Button” option activated in Theme Options > Header Builder > Cart?
