Hi when you add to the cart it says product is in there but when you view the cart it says cart is empty.

Hi it seems that it works if you have an account and are logged in. If not, it does not work.

The same problem persists with default WordPress theme. You can check it activating Twenty Fifteen theme in Appearance > Themes. Cart page is empty there too. So the issue isn’t related to our theme.
It may be caused by 3rd-party plugins you’re using, try to disable them and contact Woocommerce support team to investigate the issue with default WordPress theme.
