Since upgrading both xmarket and woocommerce I am having an issue with the product prices on the cart page. The checkout page is fine.
On the cart page the actual product price shows which is the amount excluding VAT. However, I have the setting in WC set to show all prices on the cart and checkout page to include VAT. It shows correctly everywhere except this page, the cart page, and the cart dropdown when you hover over the basket.
Can you advise what has gone wrong here and why it will not show the product prices in the cart inclusive of VAT? Need an urgent fix on this as the client is not impressed.
You can check the website and see for yourself the wrong/different amounts shown for the individual products price on that cart page or cart dropdown. These need to show the price including the tax/VAT.

That is correct but was not the problem I was trying to explain.
On that screenshot, if you look above the area you have highlight where the products are. The Price for the product is less than the total in that it shows the price less the tax but I need it to show the full product price, including the vat/tax. It did before the upgrade but doesn’t now and I can’t get it to show the prices correct again.
This problem also appears when you hover over cart and it show the products in the hover, the product price is less than the total causing confusion.
If you could advise again thanks on this issue.

Can you also turn off the debug messages when you are finished as this is a live site with customers placing orders so seeing those message may loose the client orders.

Just a thought on this issue as I may be way off the mark here as I don’t know what is causing the issue.
The issue seems to be affecting the cart totals in the cart page and on the cart drop down summary.
The file with v1.9 for cart-totals.php says it is incompatible with WC 2.3.X and you advised to delete the cart-totals.php file which I have.
Could it be related to this issue?
I meant to add there when I switch to another theme all the prices show correctly including tax which would suggest to me it is theme related possibly.

Hi Eva,
I must not be explaining this very well as your two screenshots there show exactly the problem I am having and the difference between the default WordPress/WC theme and yours.
Look at those screenshots, it is not the Cart Totals box, it is the individual product lines above. You can clearly see from the default theme the the product price and total are the exact same. In the screenshot of your theme you can clearly see that there product price is lower (exc. vat/taxes) than the total.
Default Theme Product Price for Commercial Hive Pack is 195 x 1 = 195 (all correct and both include tax)
Your Theme Product Price for Commercial Hive Pack is 158.84 x 1 = 195 (discrepancy between two prices)
It is the discrepancy that is the problem and causing the client and their customers major confusion and lost orders.
Does that help clarify the problem being experienced?
