    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay.
Please try to disable 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and then check the problem.

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.

Dear Rose Tyler, Thank you for replying. I’ve tried but the problem is still the same. When I enabled debugging it shows me the error on some .php file.

    Waiting for response. Thank you

    Hello,

When I disabled all 3rd-party plugins, products got working.
Now I’ve activated them back. You can deactivate them one by one to find the needed plugin.

    Regards

    Hi,

Can you pass us the WP Login details in the Private Content reply, so that we can check what is going wrong. If you using any child theme, try switching to the parent theme and see it fixes. It seems few HTML markups are missing in your site that cause this, in any case you edit anything in this file /wp-content/themes/royal/framework/woo.php ?

    Let us know,

    Thanks,
    laranz.

    Dear Laranz,
I think this problem is due to the woocommerce update. I deactivate all the plugins and just activate the woocommerce and checked, the problem still exists. Please check it again. Thank you

Hi Same as Waqas, removed plugins change child themes etc … only clue is that after the theme install there were version updates from woocommerce which are listed below that needed to be installed for shop to work also had to re-install shop pages it may be a code been over written, I will investigate further as I backed up all files prior to update but may shine a light …

    cart.php
    cart-empty.php
    cross-sell.php
    form-billing.php
    form-checkout.php
    form-edit-address.php
    form-shipping.php
    mini-cart.php
    product-image.php

    regards,
    Estephan

    BINGO !

First file i restored was mini-cart.php and its working !

    The woocommerce status shows this:
royal/woocommerce/cart\mini-cart.php version 2.5.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.1.0,

so an update maybe in order but it seems to be working fine.

    Regards,

    Estphan ..

    Hi Waqas,

That was the issue the updates , if you have a copy of the OLD “mini-cart.php” replace it and it will work.

    Estephan
