Cart , shipping message remove multiple shipping options

hi
on my website when a customer is placing order , after typing address
oat checkout , two shipping options are being shown, in which one is showing 10000 fixes cost for shipping . i am not able to understand how to remove it. please help me out

Hello,

As a rule, this is independent of the theme and comes from WooCommerce https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/ You can activate a default theme, like Storefront and check.
Contact support of WooCommerce to get further assistance.
