Cart Translate Problem LocoTranslate doesn’t work

Hi, I’m having trouble translating this page. I followed your guides with locotranslate, this is the only page I can’t translate. How can I do? I tried to change it in the template code too but it doesn’t work.

Theme options > WooCommerce > Cart page > Empty cart content > Text tab content
