    Hello @alimrangpby,

    We attempted to view the video you provided, however, it was not available. We then checked your site and were able to identify the issue.

    We recommend that you navigate to XStore >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout and turn OFF the Advanced Layout. After saving the changes and clearing the browser cache, please check your site again. We believe this should resolve your issue.

    If the issue persists, we suggest you try disabling the “Cartflows” plugin, as it appears to be the source of the issue.

    Thanks for your help. It’s resolved but new another problems coming.

    When customers go to the shop page the page are stuck. Some times later it’s showing the page content. What’s wrong here?

    Thank you for your response.

    1/ In order to troubleshoot the issue you are experiencing, we suggest that you first try disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that are not bundled with XStore. You can refer to the following link for a list of included plugins: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ . Additionally, please clear the cache of your browser and check again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the problem.

    2/ If the problem is independent of plugins, check how the Shop page works when the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront is activated.

    3/ If you are using a child theme, make sure that the changes there are not causing the problem.

    Let us know the results.

    Thank you. Find the issue. If I deactivate the litespeed cache plugins the shop page open normally but When I active this Cache plugins, facing same problem again. So how I can I solve this without remove litespeed cache plugins?

    Another problem is when I go to the cartflows – flows/store checkout section I found the “checkout form” inside the elementor cartflows section. https://prnt.sc/M89BnAa-FoSj

    But when I edit any pages/posts I can’t get this elementor cartflows section and there is no checkout form in there.

    You can check different settings of the LiteSpeed cache plugin to find out which one causes the problem or contact the support team of the plugin directly.

    We can provide support for our theme only.

    The Cartflows plugin is not a part of our theme, so you may contact support of the plugin directly.
    Please note that we do not give a guarantee for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins. Sometimes, not always, you need additionally customize the theme or plugin to make them work together. Unfortunately, it’s not possible for the author to make the theme compatible with all the existing plugins and additional customization is outside the scope of our basic support.
