    Bonjour,
    J’ai un soucis depuis quelques jours sur mon site web : http://www.reiwathe.com. Certaines pages de catégories de produits sont vides (exemple : https://www.reiwathe.com/categories-de-produits/the-noir/) et d’autres normales (exemple : https://www.reiwathe.com/categories-de-produits/accessoires/).
    Pouvez vous m’aider à résoudre rapidement ce problème ?

    Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed. Let us know the result, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    I do not speak English well, so I am using translation software for my previous post : Hello,
    I have had a problem for a few days on my website: http://www.reiwathe.com. Some product category pages are empty (example : https://www.reiwathe.com/categories-de-produits/the-noir/) and others normal (example : https://www.reiwathe.com/categories-de-produits/accessoires/).
    Can you help me quickly resolve this problem ?

    Hello,

    I do not see Subscriptions on your site – https://prnt.sc/y5grdt , so I’ve disabled this plugin.
    The mentioned js_composer plugin means WPBakery plugin. You are using an old version of the plugin, so it needs to be updated – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
    If the update of the plugin doesn’t solve the problem with blank pages, provide temporary FTP access, so we can check it more deeply. If you don’t know what the FTP is then you need to contact your hosting provider. Hosting support knows.

    Hello,
    thanks for your reply, i have updated all the extensions. Unfortunately, this does not change the shop page which remains empty. Empty pages are always empty too.
    can you verify by logging in to site admin again?

    Hello,

    1) Do you have the same issue when the Storefront theme is activated?
    2) Try to disable all the third-party plugins and check pages then.

    Hello,
    thank you for your reply.
    I just tested with : “Twenty Twenty-One Version : 1.1” and it correctly displays all of my product categories indeed.
    Could you solve the problem with Xstore now ? because I am missing sales and my customers are slow to find all of my items.

    Hello,

    It looks that issue appears if the HTML process minification option of WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache plugin is enabled https://prnt.sc/yq2xeh I have disabled this option and product category works fine.
    Check now.

    Yes you can disable this setting if it effect your website.

    Note: Many of our customer using cache plugin – W3 Total cache, enabled page cache, enabled minification options for the HTML, CSS, JS in plugin settings.
