It can’t be edited by WPBakery Page Builder. If you want to change “NO PRODUCTS WERE FOUND” text use Loco translate plugin – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

Categories inherit layout and widgets from the Shop page.
To add subcategories, go to Dashboard > Products > Categories > select Parent category for the new category.

Hello,

1) Our theme does not have option to edit page that you get when no products/posts found. It’s possible only by additional customization. You can submit customization request here.

2) Widgets of the shop sidebar you can edit at the Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar widget area. But WooCommerce does not display filters if there are no products at the category that have these attributes.

Hello,

Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Product catalog > Products Per Row.
Theme Options > WooCommerce (Shop) > Shop > Shop page layout > Products Per Row On Category Page.

Go to Settings > Reading > choose your Posts page http://prntscr.com/s3chya > Save changes and check this page. It should display your posts.
