Categories are not showing in appearance -> menu -> categories

Hi team,

I went to products and deleted all categories but still, some are showing that I have not added in appearance -> menus. And when I have added some categories, they are not showing in the menus. Please tell me currently from where categories are populating in the appearance -> menu -> categories.

To incorporate product categories into your menu structure, kindly proceed as follows:

1. Access your WordPress Dashboard.
2. Navigate to ‘Appearance’ and then select ‘Menus’.
3. Once on the Menus page, please click on ‘Screen Options’ located at the top right corner.
4. Ensure that ‘Product Categories’ is checked.
