Hello

I have just purchesed your Royal theme, and categories grid only show the gris in one column with all pictures below. I have chosen 4 columns grid.

Hello,

The Woocommerce Products Categories that you used are in Beta production. So we recommend to use 8theme or default Visual Composer elements. If you have any problems with other VC elements please let us know and describe what exactly is incorrect.

Please update Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer plugin.
You can find the latest version here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ .
Upload the extracted folder via FTP to wp-content/plugins directory.

Hello,

Some plugin is causing the issue. Please disable them one by one to find it out.
When I disabled all 3rd-party plugins I was able to make changes in the row settings.

Thank you for your patience.. The problem is solved 🙂 Equal Height Columns for Visual Composer, was the plugin that made alle the trouble.
