Categories not filtering / showing correctly

    As you can in the screenshot the category should be filtered to only show absorbents-spill-kits but its showing other products from other categories.

    Also, the filter widget on the left is not reacting to the current selection

    Can you please advise? I have added store access details in the private section.

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    1. When you select a category, the products displayed will include those from the selected category as well as its subcategories. Therefore, we do not see any issues. A total of 15 products are shown on the frontend, which matches the same number displayed in the backend https://prnt.sc/UGPJBNrLOGyJ

    2. “Additionally, the filter widget on the left does not respond to the current selection.” – please provide a video example.

    1. Its totally random, its saying no products found now, it seems to work intermittently.

    Then, without me changing anything it will show wring products, if you look at the original screenshot, you will see 3 products in the gloves category that are not in the category thats being viewed but they still show?

    2. This is linked to point 1 I think, so if you can resolve point 1 I will review this.

    On point 2, this is how it should work, so the filter changes according to what category you are in:

    But it doesnt always do that it just stays showing all categories.

    Something is 100% not correct with the functionality.

    – Expired transients
    – Term counts
    – Brands transients

    Another issue I am having is I am trying to edit the max quantity in the theme and it just spins. any ideas how to fix this?

    Thank you, we are still having issues with searching for items. It seem to be intermittent. All updates have been ran.

    Can you use our main admin login and take a look please.

    We have some customisation on this child theme and before applying patches can they run a back up and ensure us none of customisation will be lost.

    Hi, thanks for the reply, nothing should be pirated as we have a genuine it and licence. Can you please continue to look at the problem as it’s causing us massive issues, I am gong to
    Ask the developer who made the site to check the theme files but he has amended the checkout with some customisation for our customers so we cannot
    Quickly upload theme files. If you can continue to look at this urgent issue please as we cannot trade. I’ve added a video link in the private area, it’s intermittently showing no
    Products Found even though there are.

    Customers are now getting the error attached when trying to purchases items. It is causing the cusrtomer real issues now and losing customers. Is there anything you can do please?
