Hello Support Team,

Category and Product images thumbnail Width & Height different from demo theme.

Please help me to how to fix image height issue because, I am uploading same image from your category image but our website generate different size.

Hello,

Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Images.
More information about product image settings you can find in WooCommerce Documentation.
After these changes, you need to Regenerate Thumbnails to apply them! You can use Regenerate thumbnails plugin to do this.
