Category header content not displaying on different installs

I work with a large number of Xstore installs, I can’t work out why on some installs, I have full editing on the category header section and it appears nicely at the top, but on other installs theres no advanced editor and nothing appears, see image screenshots in private

Could you kindly test how the product category description functionality works using the default Storefront theme? Please note that this feature is built into the WooCommerce plugin and is not specific to our theme. Therefore, the issue you are experiencing may also occur with other themes, indicating that it is not theme-dependent.

We recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance with this matter.
