Hello,

Theme Options > Breadcrumbs > Breadcrumbs Categories Title Tag > h1
OR edit category description and add title manually – https://prnt.sc/1ulf34r Position of this description can be selected via Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Shop Page Banner Position
