Category Images Resized to 215×215 after theme update.
I need these back to 270 x 270 asap.
Updated the theme to try to get the responsive menu to appear (which didn’t work) and now I have no responsive menu and all category images resized to 215 x 215.
Hello,
You can try to set images size in WooCommerce > Settings > Products->Display and then regenerate your thumbnails with Regenerate Thumbnails plugin.

Hi Robert
Thanks for your reply but this doesn’t make any difference.
It keeps resizing the images to 215×215 even on new uploads. Is there any way I can find out what is causing this?
Hello,
Please provide us with wp-admin panel and FTP credentials in private content.

Eva Kemp.
Please find attached.
Many Thanks
Hello,
Please give us full access to wp-admin panel as when we tried to log in to WP Dashboard we got access only to My Account page.
Also provide us with FTP credentials.
Thank you.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Sorry Jack
I’ve just amended that.
Hello,
As I see mobile menu icon is shown:

Also width and height are already set to 270px for images:

Please clear your browser cache and check again.

They are 270 as I have an override in the custom css but this is only forcing them to upscale from 215×215.
I need to find what is resizing them to 215 in the first place

Hello,
You need edit the file wp-content/themes/idstore/code/woo.php in lines 488 and 492, change the code $small_thumbnail_size
to $medium_thumbnail_size
.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson.
Hi Jack
Thank you for that, is there any way to do this with custom css or similar so it doesn’t revert when you next update the theme?
Hello,
Unfortunately this problem can’t be resolved via custom.css. You should edit the mentioned file. To prevent files overwriting after theme update we recommend to make all changes in child theme. How to create child theme you can read here: https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
