Issue with the category links and count. This was okay earlier and I didn’t change anything but now it’s not mapping correctly.
Hello, Rakesh,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Here is an answer to your question – https://prnt.sc/6m4fhtayNqvi

If you see at https://prnt.sc/6m4fhtayNqvi there “Home Decor & Occasion Gifting” has sub-categories which have items e.g. Keyholders, Planters / Pots etc. If I click on those categories then it doesn’t show me anything.
Hello, Rakesh,
To provide clarity, we have created a screenshot for your reference. As you can see, the main category has subcategories, but it contains 0 products. The products are only assigned to the subcategories.
To explain further:
– There are 0 products here: https://prnt.sc/1QL0f7brMiLs There are 0 products here as well: https://prnt.sc/TU82UNK9axIT
However, products are available here: https://prnt.sc/LGV5i1EREkd0 specifically within the subcategory. This is why the breadcrumb structure appears as shown here: https://prnt.sc/tQ8dXG1yzOO2
When editing a product, we kindly recommend selecting not only the subcategory but also the parent category to ensure proper categorization.
Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Best regards,

Got it Rose. Is there any way by which all the sub-categories are counted at top level (parent) category as well without assigning to both top level (parent) and sub-categories? I can see only one way is to keep all the categories at the same level but that will mess up and it will be difficult for me to handle I as might have more than 100 categories.
