Hi there. I am trying to make a page with a filter and all of that, like the shop page, but for every product category i have. For example if you see in my website i have the menu Women(mulher) and sub categories. Is there a possibility that those menu items point to product category? Also my shop page it´s not showing any products and i can´t even edit with elementor.
Thank you

Hi there sorry to bother you again but my shop page again does not show any products. I don´t know why this happen, but can you check please
Hello, @Telmo Baldaia,
Thank you for reaching out to us, and We appreciate your continued patience. After conducting a thorough review of your site, we have identified that the issue with your shop page not displaying any products may be attributed to conflicting third-party plugins.
To address this matter, kindly follow the steps outlined below:
1) Disable Third-Party Plugins:
Please deactivate all third-party plugins on your website, excluding the essential Theme Required/Recommended plugins. https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ After completing this step, clear your browser cache and revisit your site. This will help determine if any additional or extraneous third-party plugins are conflicting and causing the display issue.
We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
2) Activate Plugins One by One:
If disabling all third-party plugins resolves the problem, proceed to activate each plugin one by one. After activating each plugin, carefully check your shop page to pinpoint which specific third-party plugin is causing the issue.
3) Reach Out to Plugin Author:
Upon identifying the problematic plugin, kindly reach out to the respective plugin author for further assistance. They should be able to provide specific insights and guidance related to their plugin.
Best Regards,
The 8Theme Team
