How do I get the background image to scroll slowly instead of fixed like the taxi cab image section in the leader demo? I am only able to have it set to fixed through “parallax effect for background” – I wasn’t able to find it where you can edit the scroll speed and was only able to achieve this with raw html code.
Let me know if there is a feature inside Visual Composer I am missing. I would prefer being able to do this without touching code if there is a way so I can apply the same effect on other sections. 🙂
