How can I change the cart icon? and put the photo of a real cart andand remove ( cart: ) thank you

Hello,

We don’t have option to change the cart icon to the one you provided. So, you’ll be able to do this by additional customization only. Copy etheme_cart_label function from woopress/framework/woo.php file to your child theme functions.php and edit the icon svg code according to your needs.

Hello,

Sorry, not sure that understand you. Do you want to change the Cart text to Purchases?
Or what? Provide us with mockup that you try to achieve for better understanding.

Hello,

Install and activate Loco translate plugin > create a translation for the theme to the English language, change the text. Once you see changes on the frontend, disable and delete the Loco plugin.
