Hello, Thom,
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we have reviewed your website and determined that the issue is caused by the CDN being activated. For reference, please refer to the image at the following link: https://postimg.cc/9zR881JF.
If the changes you have made in the Customizer are not visible on the front page, it is likely a cache issue. However, if the changes are visible in the Customizer, they should also be visible on the front end. https://postimg.cc/CZ8CC6wW
We recommend that you try temporarily disabling the CDN caching and cache plugins (until you are in development mode), clearing the browser cache, and then checking again.
We hope this resolves your issue.

thanks for searching, but i dont have a any caching plugin installed. Only Xstore-core plugin and the theme. Maybe it is intergrated with xstore plugin?
Hello Thom,
We suggest that you temporarily disable the CDN on your site and check again: https://postimg.cc/9zR881JF
To do this, please contact your service provider and ask them to disable the CDN. We hope this will resolve your issue.
