Change default theme-plugins to my owns (IE: Zoom and wishlist)

    Hi,
    I am not satisfied with the provided Wishlist and Product zoom Plugin. But if i install my own they do not work and i had to re-activate yours.

    HOW can i change those plugins and use my own?
