Change header design - by leo - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Dear ‘ve written several times and have not heard back
I wonder if you can change the design of the header of the themes either from the administration panel from the PHP files. I tried to modify des files
Modifying code files that are in the headers folder, but nothing happens,
The website is http://gardenflowers.nuevascabezas.cl/
