Change hover text colour in header + footer

Hello,

how can i change the colour of the menu text in the header and in the footer on mouse hover?

Currently the text of the menu is underlined on mouse hover only. I want to remove “underline” on mouse hover and change the colour to #3399ff.

Was a bit tricky, but it works with my custom css now.
