Hello,

Translate it for Core plugin. Loco translate > Plugin > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of your browser, and check how it works then.
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary FTP access.
