Change / Remove duplicate product title on page

Hi. Is it possible to remove or change the ‘Product Description’ title within (under) the tabs on a product page.

For example on: http://boomtree.homecreative.co.uk/product/jungle-tower-climb-extra/
we have the ‘Description’ tab, then under this it says Product description again. We would like to take the second one out.
