    Hi,

I changed my site’s domain name and the fonts stopped showing as past reverting to Serif. What am I supposed to do?

    Thanks,
    Amir

    Hello,

Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it.
Please try: connect to your server using FTP and remove all folders inside wp-content/fonts/ folder. After that go to Theme Options > choose necessary fonts and save settings.

    Regards

    Hi,

I checked the mentioned folder and it contains only the proper related fonts. The problem is on certain occasions the font falls back on Serif on the product shop and product detail pages. It is not stable. I have turned off the cache plugin altogether and it still persists.

    Thanks,
    Amir

    Hello @AHS,

Connect to your server using FTP and remove all folders inside wp-content/fonts/ folder. After that go to Theme Options > choose necessary fonts and save settings.
You provided wp-admin access, but we need temporary FTP access, to delete the font https://prnt.sc/JQA991TuaHIm , as was mentioned.

    Hi,

I did as instructed; please see the attached link below. I also did the part on Xstore settings. The problem still persists.

    Hello,

We do not see the problem with the font on your site. Clear all cache and check. Is it solved?

    Regards
