Hello dear Support….

I am trying to make a new STATIC BLOCK….. I found how to do it here:

But when I try to do it…. visual Composer is NOT PRESENT…..

1) How can I work with Visual Composer (I have Licence) in the Statick Block area….????

2) where are the list of shortcodes ??? i need a cloud of products Tag and a cloud of product of categories….. where ara the list of this king of shortcodes????

Hello,

1) Navigate to Dashboard->Visual Composer->Role Manager->Post Types->Custom and select all of them.

2) You can find all of Woopress shortcodes in our documentation:
https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/woopress/index.html#!/8_woopress_shortcodes

Also you can find the WooCommerce Product Tag and WooCommerce Product Categories widgets in Dashboard->Appearance->Widgets.

Dear Support…

Many thanks for your answuer..I work with but still have one problem….

A) I make al changes in a Static Blocks and define my new FOOTER…
b) I apply THE new “Static Block” in HOME PAGE …. and is perfect… like i want to see it…
c) I do the same in all the rest of Pages…. but, do not show the green Image Background …

Is the same static block…. but do no look like in Home and the rest of pages….

I supose i am not doing something… what is it ???

Hello,

I’ve enabled the option “Include styles from “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” on every page” in Theme Options > General.
Please check footer now.
