    Hello,

Dashboard > Settings > Site Language > select the desired language.

To make the site multilanguage, you need to use one of the additional plugins:
    WPML(paid) https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-with-wpml/ , or qTranslate(free), or Polylang(free with paid extra options)
If you want to translate the site to one language – Loco translate plugin https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/.

You placed translation files, so go to Loco translate > Themes > XStore > your language > click on Sync button, then find and translate untranslated strings.

Follow this article to translate WooCommerce – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/

Do not forget about Core plugin. Loco translate > Plugins > XStore Core > New language > Choose a language + Choose a location – System > Start translating.

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Regards
