Change Title, Image and description while share to social media or Direct Messag

Hi, Whenever I try to share or Direct message my site link to anyone I see an image and description and I need to change that. But couldn’t find the way to change.
have a look at the attached screenshot:

Hi,

Use SEO plugin to add the necessary OG image and OG description for your pages, posts, products. Try for example Yoast SEO plugin.
Don’t forget to clean the FB cache for the posts you already shared https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/sharing/

Go to https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ , enter URL, click on Debug button.
