Changed the theme from Royal to Xstore and can’t see any of the install plugins

Hi there,

Please refer to the attached screen shot. My site is experiencing a technical issue. All I did was upload and activate the xstore theme and then the child theme. I have disabled the Royal core and theme.

Please make sure that the Kirki plugin is not activated.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access?

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Hi there,

If you notice some of the Theme settings can’t be changed – for example the Socials on the header builder. I can’t change the facebook and instagram logos or their colours where it says ‘Type’.

Can you please have a look?

Also wanted to know where the bottom block on the Shop page is on that page if I wanted to change it to a different block id.

You didn’t advice me that you disabled the maintenance mode plugin. We’ve been editing it live without noticing that you did.

Can you please inform us when you do that please as the website wasn’t meant to be live when we’re making the edits.

I did not disable the maintenance mode plugin on your site. If you want to activate this plugin you can do this.
