Hello! When I make some changes in my home with Elementor and I upload them, they don’t load rightly in my website. I have delete my browser cache and the web cache with a plugin. Can you help me, please?
Hello,
Your site is under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it. Please provide temporary wp-admin access via the Private Content area.
Also, provide an example of mentioned changes in screenshots. You can use Lightshot screenshot or Gyazo tool to share links to your screenshots.
Regards
I send the access and the link for my screenshots in private content area.

I’m sorry, I forget to paste it!
Hello,
Sorry for the delay in answering.
The problem is caused by WEN Responsive Columns plugin, there is js error https://prnt.sc/26xpwai when the plugin is activated. I’ve disabled the plugin, and content of the slider is visible now.
You can try to contact the support of the plugin. please note that that we do not give a guaranty for full theme compatibility with all existing 3rd party plugins.

Thank you very much, and I’m sorry for the inconvenients. I’ve tried to uninstall all incompatible plugins, but not this one.
You’re welcome!
