Changes in the main header do not apply after save

Hello,
I’m trying to make some changes in the main header using the header builder but the changes do not seem to apply. I’m trying to change the main header’s height and background color but even though I can view the changes inside the editor, when I save it ,nothing happens.

Can you please help?

Thank you for purchasing our theme and for contacting our support center.

We have determined that the issue is due to the use of multiple headers, and we have removed the condition of the multiple headers for the homepage so that you can change/set the settings of the global header as per your requirements. We have also recorded a video for your reference, which can be found in the private content area.
