I have imported a Demo from the Admin panel, but the changes I am making on the menu items are not getting reflected on the front-end. The changes are reflected on the backend though.
I don’t have any cached plugins enabled on my side and I have tried the site on Incognito mode on Chrome as well.
Hello, @Sreejith,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
Kindly proceed to Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization. Once there, please locate and select Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache, Static Blocks Cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. Subsequently, turn off these options.
Afterward, Please clear your browser cache and check again.
If this doesn’t help, Please provide us with screenshot of the problem and temporary wp-admin access to your site, and we will investigate the issue more thoroughly.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Dear Tony,
Thanks for the reply. I am unable to open the page inside “Xstore > Theme Options > Speed Optimization”. It keeps showing the loader icon when I try to open this menu item.
Is there a way I can disable Menu Dropdown Cache, Menu Cache and Static Blocks Cache in the database?
Hello, @Sreejith,
Thank you for your response.
We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins and CDN ) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins ), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
In addition, please provide your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, so that we can look into it further and help you:
WP Admin URL:
WP Admin Username:
WP Admin Password:
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

Hi Tony,
I could get the settings displayed after I disabled the Elementor plugin. But the “Cache” options you have mentioned are already in “Disabled”s state.
Is there anything else that I can check?
