Hello, this is my first time using the Xstore theme, i was wondering why i keep getting the problem that the changes i make in Xstore editor like logos in the header are not incorporated on the live site.
also i keep getting HTPP 500 errors on my homepage when trying to save my elementor updates..
& after updating the theme to the latest version the site is giving me the critical error message/whitescreen problem and does not work anymore. I have never had so many problems with development how could this all be?

This is honestly getting pretty annoying seeing as i can not continue development on the site for the client with all these errors persisting..

    Hello, @3azisevour,

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

We are pleased to inform you that the issue you were experiencing with your website has been successfully resolved. We kindly ask that you revisit your site after clearing your browser’s cache to ensure that the changes are properly reflected.

Our team has addressed the critical “Allowed memory size” error, and you should no longer encounter this problem.

For your convenience, we have provided reference images in the private content area to illustrate the corrections made.

2/ Regarding header issue, Maybe a custom header is used, and you need to edit it too. Go to Theme Options > Header Builder > Multiple headers > edit custom header for the Front page.

Please read our theme documentation here: https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/woocommerce/product-images/

    We hope this helps.
