Changes not visible on the fronend of the website

Hi,
whatever changes i am doing on elementor it visible on the backend of the page. but not visible on live website.
for example if I change the background on footer it will be change on footer but not on frontend when I view the page.

It appears that the theme currently activated on your website is not one of ours. Could you kindly provide us with the link to your website, as well as access credentials, where our theme, XStore, is being used?

Hi, i had added credentials and link of the website on private content area of my last ticket.
However I have added the website link and credentials on the private content area once again.

I am now having issues on updating these navigation menus. See the attached file. I have added the categories and sub menus on the backend and these submenus are not showing on Front end.
i do not know what is the issue you are also not telling me the issue.
I am quite fed up now.
If you cannot help me then I think you have to refund me then

I cannot be able to click any of these navigation buttons. even though I have added menu at the backend. enen the sub menu is not appearing when you hover over it
