Changes to the theme does not reflect on my website

    Hi, I bought the XStore theme yesterday. I have read and watched almost all the videos. But unfortunately, I cannot make changes in the demo theme I imported. I imported the Niche Market 02 theme for my new Multivendor website, Nut I cannot make changes to the theme. ,I am using elementor so I imported the elementor version. Any changes I make do not take effect. I have read various threads and done everything but it still doesn’t work. Static block changes do not reflect. please help me find a solution to it. Thank you.

    Hello,

    Do you edit Static blocks using Elementor https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/ ?
    Could you, please, provide us with WP Dashboard access to your site and screenshots of a few examples of changes that you did but it do not work for you?

    Hello, Yes I edit them using Elementor. All the pages and the static blocks are built with Elementor so I use Elementor to edit them.

    Also, why does a single-vendor shop page have dummy content? I have tried looking for why I could find it so I can remove it but I cannot.

    Hello,

    1) I checked your home page and see your changes https://prnt.sc/26f7ayu
    Also, I have tried to change the font color and it also works https://prnt.sc/26f7c4b
    So, make sure that you clear the cache after your changes.

    2) Provide us with FTP access to your site. We’ll check the issue in more detail. Seems that it displays product description there by mistake. We need to check why.

    Hello thanks for checking it out for me. But the problem is how do you change the colors of the cart icon, Wishlist icon, and my account icon. I have been on it for almost so many hours. Cleared my cache but nothing happens.

    Hello,

    It’s because of Wallet System For WooCommerce plugin https://prnt.sc/26fn81h
    I added the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS to overwrite styles of the plugin

    .et_b-icon svg, .site-header svg {
        fill: currentColor !important;
    }

    But contact plugin author and ask them to improve styles to avoid such issues with other elements.

    Hello, thank you very much for checking it out for me.

    But my second problem still exists. The single vendor page has dummy content that cannot be removed. How do I solve this problem? Please help me out.

    Hello,

    We checked the issue in more detail and found that problem is related to the compatibility of the multivendor plugin and Elementor page builder. We have contacted plugin author here https://wordpress.org/support/topic/compatibility-with-the-elementor-2/#new-topic-0
    So, follow that request and wait until they provide any fix. We are not able to solve the issue from our side because that is a plugin bug.

    Hi does it mean that the WCMp is not compatible with both Xstore Theme and Elementor because I did my research well before I bought your theme and the WCMp plugin? So I am kind of confused. Please let me understand the issue well. Your demos were all based on the same plugins you are saying have compatibility issues.

    Hello,

    It’s not a compatibility issue between theme and plugin but compatibility issue between WCMp and Elementor. If you enable any default WordPress theme and visit the venor’s page you’ll get the same bug https://recordit.co/4Ykv1Pq0tx . So, WCMp plugin support needs to fix the issue between their plugin and Elementor https://wordpress.org/support/topic/compatibility-with-the-elementor-2/#post-15276976
