    Hi devs,

I am using header #6 and there is a blog description on the left side, but I want to change it with my own text, instead of the blog description. Is there any way that I can change it?

    Thanks in advance,
    Felix

    Hello,

Could you please show a screenshot what description you want to change?
Also please provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

You can change that text in Settings > General > Tagline.

    Thank you.

    Hi Eva,

Thanks for the swift response, and I am sorry for not giving detailed information of what I really want to achieve. The idea is to have that particular text area next to the header logo to be changeable so I can put my own text (for example: ‘Free shipping for certain region’ or ‘Limited time discount offer’, etc.) instead of changing the site’s tagline for the sake of SEO.

Also I notice a redundancy on site’s title and tagline when I hover the mouse to it:

    redundancy

    Cheers,
    Felix

    Hello,

Unfortunately there is no such feature in the theme to make that text changeable in some other section.

Do you mean you want to remove the text which appears when you hover a mouse on a browser tab?

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

I see, thank you Eva for the confirmation.

Do you mean you want to remove the text which appears when you hover a mouse on a browser tab?

As for this, I am wondering if it is a bug because the <title> in the <head> section appears twice in browser. Or it is just my own problem?

    Cheers,
    Felix

    Hi Robert,

My site title is supposed to be ‘rugzac.com’ instead of ‘rugzac.comrugzac.com’. Please help fix this.

    Thank you,
    Felix

I have disabled my SEO plugin, but the issue still persists. I checked the demo site also has similar issue. Please refer to the screenshot:

    Hello,

I’ve commented the line 16 (code wp_title( '|', true, 'right' );) in header.php file. Please check the info in browser tab now.

    Thank you.
