Changing image size on product page - by beaucroft

Hi there. I’m trying to get my products to show correctly on this page: http://testsite.lothiandesign.com/products The images are landscape but the site only shows them as square which crops off the sides. I’ve looked everywhere on the settings but can see how to change this. Thanks in advance.

Could you please show a screenshot of the issue?
Also provide us with wp-admin panel credentials in private content.
