Changing the “Organic” theme’s Header images

Good day
Im attaching the Organic demo shops header images, how do i go about changing them, as ive tried using elementor, but cannot change it anyway possible?
Im playing around with different demo shops, and cannot get one that i like the most, my shop is set to launch Jan3rd 2022.

Oh, and also, i tried changing the themes logo, but it shows up on other pages, but not on the main page, for some reason the home page is stuck with the default demo theme logo, but when i edit it with elementor, it shows my logo, but i can save/update it, and when i open it again, it still shows the demo logo on it. Something def wrong with that theme, hehe.

1/ Theme Options > Breadcrumbs > Background Image
Edit page > Featured image – https://prnt.sc/23f7w9e
2/ Theme Options > Multiple headers > edit header for the Front page – https://prnt.sc/23f7y06
