Changing the search bar options on website

Hello,

I have now seen some changes i could do to my search bar, i found this option and i would like to know how i can change the popular categories to the ones i prefer, also were can i change the trending searches to products that i have in my shop:

I have found the trending searches 🙂

Just missing on how to change to the categories i want.
