    There are two issues, please answer, thank you

    1 Now it has happened more than 10 times that we translated the German language which is the main page of our site through customizing the card option into German, but after a few days it will be back to English.

    Please tell me the reason, thank you

    2 After updating the patches, we cache cloudflare and rocket WP We delete it and even delete the cache of the template and elementor, but after a few hours, the panel says that the patch has not been updated

    Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

    1/ We can’t log in. Please check wp-admin access and provide FTP access also.

    2/ If you are using the latest theme version – 9.1.7, there should not be any patches yet in the Patcher.

    Please provide the correct wp-admin access – https://prnt.sc/seTsSI4ENB2b

    Also, we need correct FTP access. Please try to connect to FTP using FileZilla by yourself.
