Changing to a new domain. Do we still have support?

    For legal reasons we have to change our domain.
    Can we move our shop to a new domain without any problems – and will the paid support remain valid?

    The workflow is not quite clear to me. The current domain heatmebox.com is to be renamed heatncool.me.
    Can I continue to use the renamed website http://www.heatncool.me with X-Store? And if so, how?

    I will just rename the existing domain heatmebox. Is there a plugin for this that you can recommend?

    I moved the complete content of heatmebox.com to our new website http.//heatncool.me.

    Because I have cloned the entire website, XStore shows at heatncool.me that it is activated.
