Changing to a new domain. Do we still have support?

For legal reasons we have to change our domain.
Can we move our shop to a new domain without any problems – and will the paid support remain valid?

The workflow is not quite clear to me. The current domain heatmebox.com is to be renamed heatncool.me.
Can I continue to use the renamed website http://www.heatncool.me with X-Store? And if so, how?

You are authorized to change the Live Domain. Please begin by deactivating the theme on your current domain, heatmebox.com. This can be done through the XStore dashboard by navigating to Theme Registration and selecting ‘Deactivate’.

For your convenience, we offer a straightforward solution via the 8theme dashboard, accessible at [8theme Dashboard](https://www.8theme.com/account/). Here, you can easily deactivate your website using the features provided.

Subsequently, please activate the XStore theme using the same purchase code on your new website, [http://www.heatncool.me](http://www.heatncool.me). This can also be done through the XStore dashboard by going to Theme Registration and selecting ‘Activate’.

I will just rename the existing domain heatmebox. Is there a plugin for this that you can recommend?
