Chat box is not appearing. Firstly I check all option and it is all right as my knowledge. But no chat option. When I change theme to other wp theme it is appearing surprisingly without any problem and any change. Actually it is also worked with royal theme before the last update I installed. But after update it is not working. Is there any problem?

Sorry, but without credentials to your admin-panel we can’t provide deeply help.
What version of the theme you are using?
Did you made theme update like in our video tutorial?

Also you need select Display chatbox automatically in Dashboard->Chat Console->General Settings.

Display chatbox automatically- is on. I updated theme by wordpress. firstly uninstalling Royal and then the new version installed separately. Is there any wrong? I can’t give you the admin panel as my client is not agree. But my question is ehwn I change the theme Chatbox working properly, so why not with this version of Royal theme? As well as now promo popup is not working. In theme option it is enabled. Actually when I test site in Pingdom it is showing that promo-popup background .jpg is loading with site but not appearing. Where the main problem?
And also I want to know if I reinstall the theme with FTP is my css code’ll be missed. As well as I stylesheet.css? Because of there made a huge change it’ll be a problem.
As well as the same case in visual composer? If i first uninstall VC and then reinstall the new version is my page’ll be affected? I mean the extra css will be unchanged after update or not?

Yes, if you reinstall the theme your css changes will be lost. Have you modified original style.css file? We don’t recommend it, but you must make changes in a child theme or custom.css file.
Sorry, but without viewing your site and wp-admin panel credentials we can’t investigate the issue.
Could you please create a user for us? After that you’ll be able to delete it.
