Chat Console Permissions for Shop Manager/Editor

Hello,

Absolutely brilliant theme, it’s worked seamlessly from start to finish on the build. The only issue I have is I am using White Label Branding plugin to limit the features out and it appears Chat Console will only be visible with administrator privileges. How would I allow Shop Manager level to view the Chat console please?

Hello,

Thank you for the credentials.
Did you try to create new WordPress user with “Operator” role?
You need to create new user with “Chat Operator” role.
