Hi,
I hope you are doing well

I have an issue when I try to use chatgpt with xstore, when I select AR lang to make the result show with AR lang I got this error

Assistant is unable to provide an answer at this time. Please try again later or contact support team for assistance.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access?

To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
To create FTP access, please contact your hosting provider for assistance.

Artificial Intelligence still finds some languages difficult to process, and it cannot generate large amounts of text in them. Therefore, we have reduced the length of the generated string using the option in the screenshot – https://prnt.sc/CdxPb5sXBjkT

Hi,

To clarify what I mean, ChatGPT can give me anything I want and I know that, but what I mean is when I try to use ChatGPT through xstore.

For example, if I wanted to ask it to write an article that does not exceed 500 words, it will not give me the article, but it will try to create content under the title of “Benefits of an article that does not exceed 500 words.”

However, when I make the same request through my OpenAI account using the ChatGPT interface, it will do so correctly.

I hope I was able to clarify the matter better.

We would like to inform you that ChatGPT is an embedded API from OPEN IA and some restrictions that apply to external APIs (like our one) do not apply to it.
Please provide us with an example of a request that it sends through our API and through ChatGPT in a private message.

At the moment, certain query templates are being used. Therefore, if you use the assistant, for example on a product, the result will be a description of the product. We plan to release an update in the near future that will allow you to enter queries that will work without using templates.

You may install the next patch https://prnt.sc/6a_JaTEugcGM #9123463
and when generating, please select the content type as “Custom” – https://prnt.sc/Ywsu-tzjUQcx , then requests will be processed without our templates, just like in ChatGPT.
