    Hello Dear Team,

I am facing a major problem on my checkout page. Actually, my product has free delivery for orders above Rs 1999, and the delivery prices are different for different zones. But during checkout, both options are showing to the user: free shipping and paid shipping. Only the eligible option should be shown.

Additionally, if I click on free shipping, the prepaid order option is getting disabled. Can you please check this issue?

Because of this, I am facing problems in receiving orders. No client can place an order due to the shipping issue. I request you to check this issue from your end to see what the problem is. If it requires any extra plugin or setting to be turned on or off, please fix it. This is a small request as otherwise, I won’t get any orders. Please It’s a Request.

    Regards,
    BAGWANI

    Dear Team,

No, no, hiding shipping is not my problem at all. Let me explain clearly. Before installing your theme, my website had two options enabled: paid shipping (Rs 100 to 150rs)within a particular region for India and free shipping for orders above 1999 rupees. I didn’t change these settings, but after installing your theme, I noticed a problem.

If someone purchases a product worth 350 rupees, shipping charges should not apply. However, the free shipping option is available, which would be a loss for me.
I want the settings to remain as I set them: free shipping only for orders above 1999 rupees. How can I enable this?

Another issue is, as shown in the screenshot I sent, even after purchasing an item worth 3500 rupees, the paid shipping option is still displayed, when it should be free shipping. If I click on the free shipping option, the CC Avenue payment gateway option gets disabled. Why is this happening?

Please help me with this matter, as it is very important. Otherwise, it will greatly impact my sales.
I request you to check this setting and fix it. This is a small request.
    pls help me with this.

    Thanking You.

    Hi @Bagwani,

The automatically switching the Free Shipping or Shipping Cart is not available in our XStore theme by default.

However, you are welcome to submit a feature request on our request board at https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/. Should your suggestion garner sufficient support from other customers, our development team will take it into consideration for inclusion in future updates.

If you require personal customization services, we invite you to submit a request through our customization panel at: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel , and continue conversations with the technicians team directly.
Please be advised that customization services will incur additional charges, the exact amount of which will be communicated following a detailed review of your request.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
