Check out page showing the server not responding error

One of our customer put 189 items in the cart but when he tried to checkout the cart page is not opening it just give the server error message to the customer. I tried to login with customer login information and get the same error, Would you please take a look what is going on.
customer and admin login information is in private content area

1/ Firstly, we recommend that you get in touch with your hosting provider and check the problem from the server side.

2/ Secondly, we suggest you test the functionality by activating the Storefront theme instead of our theme. Let us know the result.

I talked to the server side and they increase our memory limit to 2gb which is maximum memory limit,
and if i switched to storefront them i am going to lost all the setting for your theme, is it possible to login and check from admin side may be you can find anything

Upon thorough examination, we have identified that the issue you are experiencing is also present with the default WooCommerce theme – Storefront (video in the Private Content area). This indicates that the problem on your site is not related to the theme that is currently activated, hence, our XStore is not the cause of the issue. Unfortunately, under these circumstances, we are unable to provide assistance.
