    Hello,

    After clicking the “Place Order” button, the error “An error occurred, please try again or try an alternate form of payment.” will show.

    We are using IDSTORE v4. All plugins are up to date as well.

    Please help.

    Please provide us with WP dashboard and FTP (FTP host, FTP user, FTP password) credentials in private content.

    Seems some plugin is causing the issue.
    Please disable all 3rd-party plugins and check payment again.

    Hi,

    I have disabled the following 3rd party plugins:

    Easy Testimonials
    Yoast SEO
    Ecwid Shopping Cart
    Post Types Order
    WooCommerce Email Validation
    WC Paypal Advanced

    While the plugins below won’t deactivate for unknown reasons:

    LayerSlider WP
    MNKY Vector Icons Plugin
    Revolution Slider

    WooCommerce, WooCommerce First Data Payeezy Gateway and WooThemes Helper plugins I did not deactivated.

    The problem still exists.

    Any more suggestions?

    Hello,

    The problem is caused by “WooCommerce First Data Payeezy Gateway” plugin. Disable it and activate payment methods in Woocommerce > Settings > Checkout tab.

    Hi,

    Are you sure that “WooCommerce First Data Payeezy Gateway” plugin is causing the error?

    That is the plugin for our cc merchant.

    Yes I’m sure because when I disabled that plugin Checkout page worked correctly.

    I used “Direct Bank Transfer” method, but you can try others.
