I’m using Stripe to collect credit card payment on my site. It has always worked fine but lately I’ve been getting the following message.
“Please enter your card details to make a payment. Developers: Please make sure that you are including jQuery and there are no JavaScript errors on the page.
I looked on the Stripe website for troubleshooting tips and it says the following:
“The solution is almost always a theme conflict. Try switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to see if the issue disappears. If so, you likely have a JavaScript error or conflict in your theme. Try to find the JavaScript error or switch to a higher quality theme.”
I’m unable to process payment using credit card currently. Can you please take a look for any potential conflicts?
Thank you,
Wanted to add that I disabled Stripe in Woocommerce settings until I can get this working again.
Hello,
We’ve sent the archive the your email address.
Extract it and overwrite the existing “checkout” folder in wp-content/themes/woopress/woocommerce directory.
Regards,
Rose Tyler.
